Bhavna Priya

Bhavna is the HR Manager at Ashnik. She has around 5 years of experience in Human Resources. She is passionate about consulting and helping organizations build and drive their HR initiatives, formulating policies and procedures relating to all phases of Human Resources activities.

Throughout her career, she has helped organizations in streamlining their HR functions. She is instrumental in designing various processes under Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. Over the years she has handled the entire Employee Life Cycle which had resulted in Advance flexibility, Competitive advantage over the competitors. She believes in practicing ‘Develop a fit for purpose organizational culture’ which in turn helps improve business performance.

She has pursued her PGDM in Personnel Management from IMI Brussels. Bhavna is an avid reader and her love for exploring nature and outdoors always keeping her on foot, traveling.
