Desmond is an Enterprise Sales Manager at Ashnik. He has more than 20 years of work experience in sales management, channel sales management and business development, in industries such as high-tech, manufacturing, oil and gas, architectural & construction, finance and banking, education, government, FMCG, and pharmaceutical in Asia Pacific countries.

Prior to joining Ashnik, Desmond held regional sales and channel management roles in Fuji Xerox, Huawei, Oracle and Autodesk. He is passionate about using technology solutions and services to help customers meet their business objectives. His current responsibilities include using EDB Postgres, Docker, Elastic, MongoDB and other open source technologies to grow Ashnik’s customer installed base and channel partner network in South East Asia.

Desmond has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Leicester, and a bachelor’s in Engineering from National University of Singapore. He is a certified sales trainer in StreamLINED, and has various certificates in SPIN sales methodology, Target Account Selling, Design Thinking, AWS, Salesforce and a yellow belt in Lean Six Sigma.
