Solution Architect – Streaming Data Pipeline

The Position
Ashnik is looking for a Solution Architect for high speed Data Pipeline in its Pre-sales solutioning team for India and Southeast Asia. In this role, you will develop solution and architecture by integrating various technologies to build streaming data pipeline. You will also be responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, customer engagement during pre-sales cycle work along with our sales team to develop services opportunities.
Essential Experience and Skills
- 10-15 years of experience in the IT industry with 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect
- Experience building data pipeline using Kafka, Spark or other realtime ETL tool
- Hands-on experience in NoSQL & RDBMS database technologies
- Experience of working with cloud native streaming & data store platforms such as Azure data pipeline or AWS data pipeline is a plus
- Sound knowledge and experience of Kubernetes platform
- Hands-on experience in using automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform
- Sound knowledge of message queuing and stream data processing
- Good experience in log aggregation and tools such as ELK stack
- Should have designed and deployed at least 2 large scale projects
- Experience in Presales is preferred
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- To lead solutions and architecting initiatives across India and SEA customers
- To be a point contact and trusted advisor for customers for data pipeline, log aggregation technologies
- Develop thought leadership POVs and presentations
- Create services opportunities through pre-sales cycle
- Be a point contact for technology escalation for technical team
