Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s details on Ashnik website for promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
Ashnik at its sole discretion may decide the winning entries/winners. If a replacement entrant must be selected, Ashnik will select the next entrant on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to the Terms and Conditions.
When using the Website, you may be asked to enter Information, which will only be used for the purposes explained when you have been asked to enter the Information and/or in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will not sell or transfer the Information to unaffiliated third parties without your approval.
Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding on all participants in the contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding Ashnik’s decision on the same.

Qualifying Entrants

An entry is considered valid only when all contact information is accurately shared.
Winners will be selected basis their total scores and the fastest timing criteria.
The Quiz is open to everyone with the relevant Open Source knowledge and skills. All entrants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the Quiz.
Employees of Ashnik, their promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Entries

Contest entries must be completed with full contact details in order to qualify as a legit entry.
Only one entry per entrant will be accepted.
All 20 questions need to be attempted, any question not answered within the time frame will be considered as incorrect.
The Quiz host, Ashnik, reserves the right to examine all entries and declare the winners and disqualify entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.
